The Future Is Unpoured

If there’s a feeling greater than looking at 12 unopened bottles of excellent wine and knowing they’re all yours, we don’t think we could handle it.

The anticipation. The possibilities. The unlimited potential of a Pedroncelli Mixed Case. What revelations will you find inside? What adventures await you? What unimaginable pleasures can you, uh, imagine? This is the moment when anything is possible, when the future lies spread out before you like a Monopoly board where every property is for sale.

Where should you start? With the rich and spicy cherry, plum, and toasted oak character of the Pedroncelli 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in the venerable Morris Fay Vineyards in the prime Cabernet country of Alexander Valley? Perhaps the full-bodied, intense, concentrated Pedroncelli 2009 Zinfandel, grown from clones of hundred-year-old Mother vines in the vineyard John Pedroncelli Sr. originally purchased in 1927?

If your tastes run to the hearty side, you might consider the Pedroncelli 2007 Syrah, framed by rich aromas of berry and pepper with flavors of blackberry, plum, and licorice, reflecting the even ripening of the high-altitude vineyards. But that would mean you’d have to wait to experience the Pedroncelli 2008 Sangiovese, a medium-bodied red with ripe berry, red plum, cherry, coca, and warm spice notes and a long, flavorful finish.

Decisions, decisions. The important thing is, your options are wide open. This Pedroncelli Mixed Case offers at least four different paths to explore the wilds of your palate. And best of all, the road not taken is always just a cork-pop away.

Pedroncelli Winery

Founded:
1927
Owners:
Pedroncelli Family
Location:
Sonoma, CA
The year was 1927. President Calvin Coolidge captured the imagination of nobody. Babe Ruth hit home run after home run powered by little more than whiskey and sausage. And John Pedroncelli, Sr. bought a vineyard and winery in Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County. Since then, four generations of Pedroncellis have weathered Prohibition, wine booms and busts, and changing tastes. And they’re still a family-owned operation making acclaimed premium wines. Wherever you are now, Sultan of Swat and Silent Cal, this next glass is for you.
