When you think about if I only eat half the brownie now, it’s just half the calories, right? I’m splitting the nutritional value of the brownie between two meals and extending dessert time. I get more sweets - what’s the problem? (looks at calorie breakdown) I can have 1/8th of a brownie or a pack of the cashew butter/cherry spread. (nods) Do you have some whole wheat crackers for this spread?
