G Saké
A melding of cultures and tastes, where the ideas and flavors of the past meet a dynamic present to create something wonderful and new. g is a step outside of expectations for our brewer, a chance to test the techniques shared with him by some of Japan's leading sakémasters.
G Fifty, Junmai Ginjo Genshu, 750ml 2-Pack
The new addition to the g line, the G Fifty Junmai Ginjo Genshu milled to 50%, a Daiginjo grade. A saké with equal parts of power and elegance, polish and panache.
Profile: Complex yet smooth with subtle notes suggestive of grape, pear, and mint that are artfully melded against a backdrop of minerals and spice.
G Joy, Junmai Ginjo Genshu, 750ml 2-Pack
Handcrafted using ancient Japanese techniques and American sensibilities, g joy is the essence of East meets West & past meets present. Being undiluted (Genshu) it retains the rich depth that typically is diluted to soften and smooth the natural heartiness of saké. This is not a shy brew and we suggest you be equally open and share a bottle with friends who will appreciate such a premium experience.
Profile: Bold, rich, full fruit and earthy flavor tones with hints of ripe melon, pear, plum, cinnamon and cardamom.

Vendor Details
SakéOne
- Owner:
- The Japan America Beverage Co.
- Founded:
- 1992
- Location:
- Forest Grove, OR
In 1992, Momokawa Saké, Ltd. was established as a joint venture between Frost International Group Inc. and Momokawa Brewing Inc. of Japan. A year later, the name was changed to The Japan America Beverage Co., focusing on importing saké from Japan for the U.S. market. What started as a saké importer, it soon became a part of the saké-making business once it became apparent that saké-making in Oregon was possible and there was a market for it.
Today SakéOne is one of six saké brewing facilities in America and the only saké brewery in Oregon. Additionally, SakéOne imports some of the finest Japanese made saké and distributes them throughout the American market. It is important to SakéOne that the U.S. is educated about the saké world and wants to squash the assumptions that saké is a beverage that must be consumed warm. The saké produced at SakéOne is to be served chilled, much like a white wine, and simply enjoyed in a wine glass.
