don't go shopping today. don't go outside. it's chaos out there. stay inside. watch a rivalry game. buy some wine. pick at a turkey carcass. buy some wine. buy some wine.
Features
The 2009 Brut Rose is the most vivid and bold of our Sparklings, both in terms of flavor and color. Made mostly from Pinot Noir, the 2009 vintage is bright, full, quite dry with a soft, almost creamy mouthfeel. The gorgeous color comes from letting the Pinot Noir sit on the skins. This vintage is aged six plus years en tirage.
Tasting Notes
By nose, ripe red fruit, raspberry and dark cherry. In the mouth, full and soft, a touch of strawberry, raspberry, dark cherry and lime.
Food Pairing Notes
Excellent as an aperitif, though still the perfect wine with steak, grilled lobster, pan fired rainbow trout and best of all for Thanksgiving turkey.
