From certified organic vineyards in Redwood Valley, the Chance Creek Sauvignon Blanc is an intense expression of terroir. Grown in the rocky benchlands of Mendocino County with southwest exposure, this bottling incorporates 4% Viognier to endow the wine with an added spicy allure. It was aged in 2% new French oak. Pale golden silver color. Aromas of passionfruit, apple butter and hay with a crisp, tart light-to-medium body and a taut, mouthwatering, stone accented finish.
