All-New All-Different Wine.Woot Details

Wine.Woot purchases now bypass your cart entirely! This means you gotta buy Wine.Woot items on their own, using your Amazon Payments account. You can't mix 'em up with stuff from our other sites. This cowboy's ridin' solo.

Be aware that anything in your cart from the other Woot sites is still out there and looking forward to your return. We'd hate for anything to sell out while you're reading this.

The Woot-Off is dead, but these deals live on!

Wilkommen in Winetoberfest!

Winetoberfest: it's not just an empty, meaningless name for another typical Wine.Woot-Off! Oh, wait, that's exactly what it is. But who needs a snappy marketing label for great deals like these? (Of course, if you happen to have any ideas along those lines, let us know.)

2007 Spellwine Sangiovese, Lodi 750ml 5-Pack

The Spellwine Lodi-grown Sangiovese has sweet aromas that match its chewy caramel candy, black liquorice, rich chocolate and soft minty finish. It is a beautiful wine that pairs great with Italian tomato-meat ragù and pizza.

Persistent and cutting, it is a well devised wine, in which you can smell the Sangiovese finesse to the last drop.  Perfectly balanced, the tannins are smooth, with well-shaped acids and intense, black liquorish, a memory of toffee; ends very clean.

Spelletich Family Wine Company

The Spelletich Family
Napa, CA
Spelletich Family Winery started with the 1994 harvest in Napa Valley. The first wines produced by winemaker Barb Spelletich, were Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Bodog Red, a blend. With minimal intervention, the Spelletich family – Barb, Timothy, and Kristen -- rely upon its secret weapon: Barb's palate.  Barb focuses on three basic, yet critical principles: when to harvest, when to press and when to pull the wine off the oak to pursue something larger and more elusive than your ordinary wines. Spelletich’s approach is to produce wines of integrity; that are rich, ripe and refreshing. Barbs focus is the fruit. She wants one to taste real fruit flavors and smell the incredible aromas of her wines.
In 2012, The Spelletich Family Wine Company is united by four brands – Spelletich Cellars, SPELLwine, 3 SPELLS, and Crush 94. This winery is truly family owned and operated by husband and wife team of Timothy and Barb Spelletich, and daughter Kristen. Timothy and Barb's individual experiences in Europe, interests in wine, food, cooking and entrepreneurial drive, generate an awesome team of artistry and hard work. The combination of wine industry preparation and lifelong passion is what united them in the heart of Napa Valley to launch Spelletich Cellars Winery.  Now with the second generation – daughter Kristen -- on board and a strong outlook toward the future, the Spelletich’s share their passion and remind you that life is to be enjoyed with food, family & friends.

Top Comments are discussion forum posts we have deemed worthy of your time. Listen, we get a lot of comments, and most of the time, it's pretty forgettable stuff; but sometimes you rise to the top like butterfat in milk. We don't recommend you base your self-worth on how often we feature your comments, but we don't expressly forbid it either.
