Hello? Well, hey there, James! How’s it going? Ice skating tonight? Hmm, I don’t think so. It’s awfully cold outside and I just got this fire going in the fireplace. Hello? Maggie! What are you up to? An ice sculpture exhibition? That was tonight? No, I’m sorry, but I’ve been sort of looking forward to staying in this evening. I’ve got these three bottles of Delinea 300 2009 Pinot Noir I’ve been dying to open since I’d heard about its bold flavors and elegant complexity. No, I’m not reading that off the label, jerk! Besides, have you been outside? It’s so cold I don’t think anything could force me to put my coat back on and go back out there. Sorry, Mags. I’ll see you later, okay?

Hello? Gary, is that you? Gary, calm down, okay? I can’t understand a word you’re saying! Nursing home fire?! You mean the place no more than four blocks away from me? That’s awful! And they need all the help they can get? Aw gee, Gary, I’d love to help distribute blankets but, you know, I just got settled in with a blanket myself and I’ve been promising myself some of the black cherry, raspberry, and earthy flavors and aromas of some Delinea 300 2009 Pinot Noir all day. Plus, I’m trying to figure out why I still have a phone that rings like an antique and it’s just so cold outside, you know? Oh yeah, I guess you do, huh? Anyway, if you want to come by and pick up some blankets, that would be fine, but I’m afraid I won’t be leaving the house tonight. Maybe next time, okay?
