Sourced from our family's Juliana Vineyards and made by Caroline Stewart Guthrie, the 2013 Slingshot Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc displays everything you would expect from Sauvignon Blanc picked at the peak of its ripeness. The expansive aroma is highlighted with touches of mango, nectarine, and guava. The mouth-feel is luscious and layered, balanced with fresh and crisp acidity. The flavors open with subtle lemon curd and vanilla later revealing bright notes of grapefruit and peach. To finish, the wine lingers on the palate with a clean and refreshing hint of cream.
