Pier 8 is an elegant, handcrafted Sauvignon Blanc from California that will please white wine lovers everywhere.  Medium-bodied, with aromas of fresh, ripe grapefruit. Flavors of delicious melon and green apple leading to a finish that is vibrant with notes of lemon.

The 2013 Sauvignon Blanc is pale with a slight greenish hue with aromas of fresh lemon, lime and with notes fresh herbs.  This crisp white wine has flavors that carry over from the aroma such as lemon, lime as well as notes of grapefruit, and a hint of pineapple.  This fresh wine lends itself nicely to fresh summer dishes like a Salad Nicoise, Ricotta and Lemon topped Bruschetta, or Ahi Tuna Sashimi with a Soy Wasabi dipping sauce.

Pier 8 is an elegant, handcrafted Pinot Grigio produced in California that will please white wine lovers everywhere.  Aromas of white blossoms and summer fruits fill the air.  The palate is fresh, crisp and delicious.  The long finish displays hints of green apples and soft white peaches.

The 2013 Pinot Grigio is a light straw colored hue with aromas of fresh cut celery and pears. The palate is subtly enriched by mineral characteristics, complimented by notes of white peach, pear and light citrus. This crisp Pinot Grigio is an excellent pairing with a Petrale sole served with a cucumber cream sauce, Chinese chicken salad with sliced pear, or roasted chicken lasagna with a lemon Béchamel sauce.
