Yeah. You’ve got two Chardonnays, a Sauvignon Blanc, and a Muscat Canelli. We want a full report on each one: aroma, flavors, acidity, food pairings, the whole deal.
“And I have to do this to get in the gang?”

2009 Tom's Oak Chardonnay
Fragrant and floral, with perfumey notes of peach, lychee nut, orange blossom and ginger spice. Lush and soft on the palate, giving flavors of pear, white peach, casaba melon and apricot, with a delicate and elegant finish of honeysuckle and rose petal.
