Dark ripe fruit flavors of blackberry, blueberry with bold, yet integrated tannins. A hint of the mountain forest and toasted rich oak also combine these aromatics and flavors to create this massively rich Cabernet wine.
The 2010 vintage was a complex and cool growing year. The cooler growing days and cool evenings contribute markedly to the dark fruit flavors and the soft, balanced acidity of the wine. The wine spent 29 months in the French Alain Fouguet oak barrels, and Hungarian barrels.
