You'll Leave Your Heart
Ah, that San Francisco mystique. The cable cars and the Golden Gate Bridge. The hills and the seals. The fog and the aggressive panhandlers. Taste the multifaeceted sophistication of it all (except the panhandlers) in the velvety Lang Wines Sausalito Zinfandel. Both the 2008 and 2011 are as lush and well-structured as a Nob Hill mansion.
This sixer also includes two bottles of the 2010 Lang Wines Zinfandel, another complex, drinkable Zin in the Lang style. It's not named after part of San Francisco, but you do know who won the World Series that year, right?
Features
2008 Sausalito Zinfandel 750ml 2-Pack
The 2008 Sausalito Zinfandel is bursting with cherry, pomegranate, and mint aromas. Rich, well-structured and silky smooth, this wine is drinking beautifully right now.
2010 Lang Wines Zinfandel, Amador County 750ml 2-Pack
The 2010 Lang Amador County Zinfandel is a classic composition of ripe red fruit, pepper and spice that one would expect from this historic, high elevation region. Crafted in a manner that emphasizes complexity and drinkability, Lang Wines loves the layered aromas of raspberry, chocolate, and violets that introduce a palate of strawberry, red licorice, and a dash of spice. The finish is pleasing and long lasting. A wonderful companion to classic American fare as well as pizzas and pasta dishes.

2011 Sausalito Zinfandel 750ml 2-Pack
Sausalito Artist George Sumner has captured the speed and excitement of sail-racing on San Francisco Bay on the label. Beautiful inside and out, the 2011 Sausalito Wines Zinfandel is luscious, loaded and loveable; toasty oak supports layers of jammy fruit. The aromas are of black cherry, toast, oak, blueberry and yeast; the palate is silky-smooth, with just a hint of tannin. Flavors of cherries and ripe red fruit with accent hints of chocolate, black pepper and a suggestion of pumpkin pie spice.
