Hopelius Romanticus
You know what, Sharon? I may be a blood-thirsty ancient killing machine, but I have feelings too. I really thought we had something special. But now you're sending me all these mixed messages, and I just don't know what to think anymore.
Last week you ordered a Cabernet. You enjoyed its black cherry-dominated aroma and deep purple color. I remember because you said it reminded you of the color that guy turned when I choked him to death on our first date.
Then just last night you went with a Petite Sirah. I must admit, it did pair very well with the foie gras from that duck whose neck I snapped with my bare hands, but it really threw me for a loop, ya know?
One day you're a Cabernet girl, the next day it's Petite Sirah. What's next, a Zinfandel with beautiful notes of violet and cedar? I just can't keep up with your ever-changing personalities. Who are you REALLY, Sharon?
You know what? That's fine. If you won't open up to me, I just don't see this going anywhere. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go sharpen my trident.
