Wilkommen in Winetoberfest!

Winetoberfest: it's not just an empty, meaningless name for another typical Wine.Woot-Off! Oh, wait, that's exactly what it is. But who needs a snappy marketing label for great deals like these? (Of course, if you happen to have any ideas along those lines, let us know.)

Château de Brigue

Founded:
1970
Owners:
Jean-Michel, Christian, Olivier, and Frédéric Brun
Location:
Provence, France
Château de Brigue vineyard domain started in 1970 as a family venture. Following the founder Roger Brun’s steps, his son Fernand developed the domain and today the third generation winemakers, brothers Jean-Michel, Christian, Olivier, and Frédéric Brun carry on the tradition in this family owned winery.  The estate extends over 120 hectares (278 acres) of vineyards in production in the heart of sun basked Provence wine country along the legendary Nationale 7 road, between Aix en Provence, Cannes, and Saint Tropez in the South of France.

Château de Brigue produces balanced AOC (Appellation d’Origine Controlée) Côtes de Provence under “Brigue Prestige” and “Signature” labels of Rosé wines.  The winery also produces red and white wines recognized for their authenticity and meeting the diversity in tastes of consumers.  With 2,000 olive trees, the domain also locally produces virgin olive oil, rich in aroma and taste that will bring Mediterranean flavors to a variety of dishes.

What are Top Comments?

Top Comments are discussion forum posts we have deemed worthy of your time. Listen, we get a lot of comments, and most of the time, it's pretty forgettable stuff; but sometimes you rise to the top like butterfat in milk. We don't recommend you base your self-worth on how often we feature your comments, but we don't expressly forbid it either.
