We know what you’re thinking: “Woot Cellars? I thought that was over. This is coffee. WHY IS WOOT CELLARS making COFFEE?!” Trust us, we had the same questions. The answer-- Trademarks, my good friends, Trademarks.
Putting all of that aside, Woot Cellars was about finding a great product, bringing it to you for a fair price, and including some fancy artwork to appeal to those of us who...well, don't read so good. And it still is. We're starting back with coffee, but who knows what else we'll bring you. We certainly don't. It will be a surprise to us all.
So buy some beans, brew up a pot of Buzz Brü, and raise a mug to the return of Woot Cellars. Wait, not so high, ow, it's hot! OOUCH! IT BURNS!!!

What to Expect in the Brewed Cup: Sweet and complex, with notes of intense chocolate, blackcurrant and brown sugar. The bold body we’ve come to expect from the Cerrado region benefits from the addition of playful fruit notes from Sul de Minas.
About the Coffee: Salmo Plus is a combination of coffees from five farms (fazendas) in two top-quality regions: Fazendas Lenheiros, Alcaan, Santa Barbara and Queixadas from Cerrado and Fazenda do Lobo from Sul de Minas.
About the Region: Sul de Minas, in the southern part of Minas Gerais, is the most important and diverse coffee region in the country and a place where producers still live out traditions that have passed between generations of coffee growers. It’s also Brazil’s most charming coffee region, with steep slopes, beautiful valleys, exuberant natural landscapes and well-preserved colonial farms.

We source specialty grade coffees from all over the world and roast them in a way that allows them to express their own inherent qualities. We also blend coffees of the same quality to create unique flavor profiles for specific applications.
