Wine Cask Creations Wine Stave Cheese Board
This new product from Wine Cask Creations is constructed from the middle three sections of the barrel head from a retired wine barrel. Each cheese board has unique cooperage markings, which adds to its character. The iron handles are handcrafted and are scored & treated with a patina. You can see the red wine stain on the underside of the board and each board has been treated with Bees wax. Enjoy serving your favorite cheese or appetizers on this unique product.
I grew up in the middle of a vineyard in the Central Valley of California. I have always been involved with the wine industry, from working with wine grapes and table grapes for my dad in the summers to managing a vineyard on the California Central Coast after college.
Working with wood products such as wine casks for the last 5 years started off as a hobby. It has now evolved into my business. I exclusively use retired red wine oak barrels purchased from California wineries which I recycle into innovative home products. I enjoy and take great pride in creating my products.
