2013 Unparalleled Tuscan Blend, Italy
Super Tuscans are the most modern manifestation of Italian creativity, where the traditional Sangiovese of Tuscany is blended with more international varietals like Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, Super Tuscans have distinguished themselves from the classical Sangiovese wines of Tuscany and have created a high benchmark reenergizing the entire region. Our wine expresses abundant deep red fruit aromas with an elegant, full bodied mouth feel and subtle tannic structure.

Tasting Notes: Color: Deep red. Bouquet: Spice, red currant. Taste: Firm tannin structure with good acidity and good length.

Winemaking: We select some of the best lots from our partner winery in Tuscany to bring you this wine. The grapes are fermented at high temperature and the resulting wine is aged in oak barrels in Tuscany for 6 to 8 months. At the end of the aging the wine is bottled.

Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled chicken with port and figs.

2014 Rainstorm Pinot Noir, Oregon
Color: Medium ruby red.
Bouquet: Strawberry, rose hips and cranberry.
Taste: Red berries, soft and elegant with flavors of bright cherry and pomegranate. Closer to a European wine than a California Pinot Noir in taste.

Vineyards: Willamette Valley & Umpqua Valley, Oregon. The soil is mostly volcanic origin with some alluvial deposits in the Willamette Valley.

Winemaking: We harvest our Pinot Noir grapes at about 22.5 Brix and then gently de-stem them before the maceration phase. Our macerations take about a week, to avoid harsh tannic flavors. The maceration ends with pressing and a full malolactic fermentation. After a rough filtration, the wine is put in contact with oak for at least 10 months.

Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled salmon, duck, mushroom risotto and pork loin.

2014 Silver Totem Cabernet Sauvignon, Horse Heaven Hills
Silky red with deep ruby color that portrays aromas of cherry, cedar and violet with lush flavors of currant and blackberry.

Vineyards: The grapes for Silver Totem come from three vineyards located in the Horse Heaven Hills and the Walla Walla Valley AVAs. The soil consists of wind-blown loess on basalt bedrock.

Winemaking: Washington State's volcanic and mineral driven soils create the ideal environment for Cabernet Sauvignon to develop its full aromatic potential. The consistently warm summers and cool evenings of the Pacific Northwest preserve the natural acidity of Cabernet and produces a solid tannic structure. The grapes are machine harvested with the latest Pellenc harvester technology guarantying that only perfect berries are picked. The grapes are then fermented in stainless steel tanks at our winery. The fermentation was conducted at high temperatures (85F) for a short period of time (7 to 10 days) to avoid extracting too many tannins. Half of the wine is then aged in oak barrels and the other half in tank for 14 month prior to bottling.

Food Pairing: Ideal with roasted pork, wild game, grilled vegetables and aged ribeye with vegetable puree.
