I'm thinking about writing a sci-fi story about a detective who is also a piece of beef jerky whose job is to find replicant vegan beef jerkys and retire them. The real drama kicks in when our detective begins to see the similarities between the replicants and himself. How can he really tell if he's beef? I'm hoping they'll tap the pig from Babe for the movie!
Teriyaki
We think Soy Vay® makes a Veri Veri awesome teriyaki and decided to use it to develop our newest flavor – just released in December 2009! After receiving permission to use their sauce in our new product we were excited to find out that Soy Vay also got their start in Humboldt County.
Ingredients: wheat gluten, defatted soy flour, teriyaki sauce*(soy sauce [water, wheat, soybeans, salt] sugar, expeller presssed soy oil, gresh garlic, sesame seeds, dried onion, fresh ginger, garlic granules, expeller pressed sesame oil, onion powder, ginger powder) sea salt, psyllium husk, vitamin C.

Hot Chili Pepper
This is a jerky that has a good amount of spice – or as the label says, “A spice that will wake up your taste buds!”.
Ingredients: Wheat gluten, defatted soy flour, garlic pwder, onion powder, chili pepper paste* (chilis, garlic, vinegar, salt, sugar), sea salt, black pepper, psyllium husk, vitamin C, soy sauce (water, extract of soy beans, wheat flour, salt, sugar).
Cowgirl
“Cowgirl” was developed using a sauce made by the Arcata Pickle Company. Based on an old cowboy ketchup recipe, this light tomato base has both a hint of sweetness and a hint of spice.
Ingredients: Wheat gluten, defatted soy flour, tomatoes, garlic, onions, sea salt, black pepper, psyllium husk, vitamin C, soy sauce (water, extract of soy beans, wheat flour, salt, sugar), vinegar, spices, sugar.
Original Hickory Pepper
Original Hickory Pepper flavor. Great for backpacking, camping, sporting events. Take it along anytime!
Ingredients: Wheat gluten, defatted soy flour, garlic and onion powder, sea salt, black pepper, psyllium husk, vitamin C, soy sauce (water, extract of soy beans, wheat flour, salt, sugar), natural hickory smoke concentrate.
