No. 8 Pomegranate Syrup, 375 ml
The juice from the pomegranate is one of nature’s most perfect antioxidants. Unbelievably thick and deeply flavored, this natural grenadine is the perfect addition to cocktails, champagne, lemonade, chutneys, vinaigrettes, BBQ sauce, or marinades for lamb, pork, duck or chicken. Because our Pomegranate Syrup has over 30% real juice, we call it ‘Grenadine ‘.
OUR FAVORITE USES

  • Pomegranate Martini
  • Classic Shirley Temple & Roy Rogers
  • Roast Leg of Lamb with Pomegranate Glaze
  • Blood Orange and Grapefruit Compote with Pomegranate Syrup
  • Pomegranate Caramel Ice Cream Sauce
  • Tequila Sunrise

No. 1 Meyer Lemon Syrup, 375 ml
In 1908, Mr Meyer, sent by the U.S. to find new plant varieties unknown to the Western world, imported the first Meyer Lemon tree from China. The tree is believed to be a hybrid between citrus lemon, the lemon and citrus reticulate, the mandarin orange. To achieve true flavor, we use only fresh California Meyer Lemon juice and peel grown for us. Simply add to iced tea, lemonade, sparkling water or cocktails. Use over yogurt or fruit, or mix into BBQ sauces, vinaigrettes, marinades and glazes.

OUR FAVORITE USES

  • Meyer Lemon Granita
  • Lemon Glazed Chicken
  • Sweetened whipped cream for pie & shortcake
  • Fresh Fruit Compote with Meyer Lemon Infused Syrup
  • Pour over French Toast or Pecan Waffles
  • Iced Meyer Lemon Sport Tea

Ingredients: Pure cane sugar, filtered water, Meyer Lemon peel and juice, natural lemon extract, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), citric acid, vanilla extract, sea salt.

No. 4 Vanilla Bean Syrup, 375 ml
Working with plantation owners and growers, we produce the finest quality premium Madagascar Bourbon and Tahitian vanilla beans, ripened on the vine and carefully cured for us. Blended like a fine wine, complete with vanilla bean seeds, the classic vanilla flavors and floral taste notes produce unsurpassed taste and aroma. Historically used as an aphrodisiac, the varietal Vanilla Infused Syrup reflects the terroir of each region creating a robust, floral and aromatic sweet vanilla vintage flavor.

Ingredients: Pure cane sugar, filtered water, vanilla extract, citric acid, caramel, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Madagascar Bourbon and Tahitian vanilla beans, sea salt.

No. 0 Classic Syrup, 375 ml
An old classic made from pure cane sugar, water and a hint of vanilla that will blend easily into your favorite drink or recipe. First seen in the ‘First American Cookbook’ in 1796, simple syrup is a centuries old culinary ingredient. Simple Syrup is the most universal bar mixer and an essential ingredient for pastry chefs. Use to flavor and sweeten iced or hot tea, iced coffees, party cocktails, flips, frappes, fizzes and juleps. Use as a base for sorbet, lemonade or in a pastry.

OUR FAVORITE USES

In Northern California's Wine Country, exceptional ingredients, terroir and artisan blending are essential in the crafting of world-class wines and memorable meals. At the Sonoma Syrup Co., we apply these principals to our artisan culinary products.

Founded in 2002 by Karin Campion, Sonoma Syrup Co. is steeped in the regions culinary tradition of naturally derived, high quality flavors and healthful ingredients. Handcrafted in small batches, the uniquely American syrups and extracts reflect the flavors and sensibility of the region.

A lifelong California resident, Karin created the Sonoma Syrup Co. to capture and share the quintessential flavors of Sonoma. She is involved in the specialty food business and developed the Infused Simple Syrups from her own kitchen garden.

Karin studied architecture and gardens in Rome, Florence, Nantucket and in Southern California. She develops specialty foods for a variety of market segments as a culmination of her broad experience with botanicals, cooking, design and family life with her three sons.

As we develop new varietal flavors of botanically Infused Simple Syrup and other artisan culinary products, we encourage people who love to cook - both at home or in the professional kitchen - a taste of the principal of terroir and artisan blending, which have resulted in our extraordinary American Artisan products.
