Of all the beans you could roast, grind, and combine with hot water to make a drink coffee beans are probably the best option. I've never roasted a lima bean and then tried to make a drink out of, but it sounds gross and I'm not going to try it, but if you want to give it a shot feel free.

La Esperanza
This coffee comes to us from one of the Magaña Estate Farms, La Esperanza, located within the department of Ahuachapán. The Magana Estate has been managed by the descendants of General Francisco Menendez (President of El Salvador from 1885-1890) for more than five generations. Their passion for quality coffee coupled with their focus on environmental sustainability means the Magaña Estate Farms consistently produce excellent coffees.
This particular coffee is 100% Orange Bourbon from Finca La Esperanza. The coffee is fully washed where it is then sun dried on patios. This is our first fresh crop offering from Central America this year, so don’t wait to try this beautiful coffee!

We created this blend to be comfortable and familiar, yet interesting enough to keep you coming back. We blended together two washed processed coffees, one from Colombia and the other from Guatemala to provide classic flavors of dark chocolate and toffee, alongside a naturally processed coffee from Ethiopia to add just a touch of citrus to brighten things up. As coffees move in and out of season we work hard to keep Elixir tasting consistently delicious.
