Dry Rub Directions:
If frozen, thaw, then wash your food item with cold water. Lather olive oil, then generously sprinkle SALTOPIA’s seasoning and vigorously rub the seasoning into the food of choice. Repeat on all sides. Grill immediately after using the dry rub accordingly to the food item’s temperature, weight and taste.
Marinade Directions:
Allow for 2 – 24hrs for proper marinating. Always allow food to marinate in the refrigerator. Using a re-sealable plastic bag will allow the food item to distribute the marinade evenly. In a mixing bowl, add ½ cup olive oil, ¼ cup water and SALTOPIA’s marinade to taste. Stir to combine ingredients. Add your food item and the marinade mixture to the re-sealable bag and place into the refrigerator for the 2 – 24hr time period. Note: Fishes & poultry will absorb the flavor faster than red meats and all other meats. Once ready to grill, do not reuse leftover marinade for other foods. Always dispose of any leftover marinade.
