Obsessive use of the fruit first comes to mind. Bad Moon Rising is a Cabernet based blend 100% sourced from the Stoneridge Vineyards in Royal City WA. Aromatically pleasing of wet stones, Bing cherries on the nose. The complexity of this blend has great earthy undertones which Stoneridge Vineyards is famous for and hints of blueberries, strawberries, and currants slapping you in the kisser. Finishing with a subtle hint of oak and very soft tannins. Drink now through 2025.

Elevage Wine Company is owned by Bill and Camis Davis, along with Camis' brother Todd Eilert. They also own Brix wine bar and tasting room in Ellensburg, Washington.

Bill Davis' family has farmed in Washington State for the last 100 years. Davis has also worked in the Washington wine industry since he was a kid; first on his family farm, later, he helped plant the famous Stoneridge Vineyard in Royal City, Washington. Stoneridge produced grapes for the cult 2006 Charles Smith Syrah, which received 100-point scores from The Wine Advocate and Wine Enthusiast.

Elevage Wine Company combines the passion of wine making and art. We are local and loyal. Somewhere in between classical Bach and Hendrix rock, we are founded on the premise "We Must Create."
