Dill-Style Quickles
When we think of pickles we think Dill pickles. Who doesn't? We know there's other kinds (see our other two varieties), but dill and pickle are practically synonymous. Use this bottle with all the classic pickling vegetables: cucumbers, greens beans, asparagus, you get the gist. If you've seen it in the store, then it can be done.

Ingredients: White vinegar, Jacobsen Salt Co. salt, dill seed, minced onion, minced garlic, spices.

  • Package Size: 4 oz.

Spicy-Style Quickles
This pickling concentrate will take your pickles up just a notch. Red chili flakes give this mixture just a bit of heat that hit just the right spot if you're looking for a little extra something something with your fresh homemade pickles. Your finished pickles will be great on the side with your favorite tacos or a as a game-day snack.

Ingredients: White vinegar, Jacobsen Salt Co. salt, dill seed, minced onion, minced garlic, spices.

  • Package Size: 4 oz.

Sweet-Style Quickles
Sweet-style pickles, aka Bread n' Butter pickles. I'm tempted to leave it at that, but then I wouldn't get to ramble on about how much I love using this concentrate with cucumbers and using the finished pickles on a PB and Pickles sandwich. Yes, I stand by that. Peanut Butter and Pickles between two pieces of fine bread is delicious. It took a leap of faith for me too, but you will be better off once you've tried it. Please, give it a shot.

Ingredients: White vinegar, Jacobsen Salt Co. salt, dill seed, minced onion, minced garlic, organic cane sugar, spices.

  • Package Size: 4 oz.

Vendor Details

Mustard & Co.

Allow me to start at the beginning, beginning. Upon launching Mustard and Co. in 2013, we decided to focus on relationships with shops all around the country. We found the most special specialty stores, the friendliest grocers, the smelliest cheese shops, and the freshest meat shops. In doing so, we realized that these shops love what we love: the best products made by hands-on, crafty makers like ourselves. We also began to notice that the owners and staff of these shops are super busy, in part because of all of the lovely makers that they maintain relationships with. And so, we decided, why not take these two observations and make them a bit easier for everyone.
