Nutkrack is caramelized, buttery, toasted pecans with a hint of sea salt, a touch of sugar and a whole lot of great energy!

The first Nutkrack made was a happy accident, made by Chef Eric Rupert about 15 years ago. Shared with family and friends around the holidays since then, we opened Nutkrack in Madison, WI in 2018 so we can share Nutkrack with the world! We hope you love our slightly sweet, slightly salty caramelized pecans as much as we do.

As a small, family-run business, we strive to treat our ingredients and each other with respect, and to help our customers to create positive food memories.
