Even before Mustard and Co. came to light, we've been huge fans of Jacobsen Salt Co. So we teamed up to bring you the best of the Northwest in the form of a classic brown style mustard.

Ingredients: fresh-ground and raw organic mustard seed, organic extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, filtered water, Jacobsen Salt Co. sea salt.
Smoky BBQ, 6 oz jar
Inspired by mustard based BBQ sauces, we flipped the southern classic on its head and crafted a BBQ based mustard sauce. It has all the great smokiness and just a tad of sweetness that any good BBQ sauce should have, along with the refreshing kick of the mighty mustard seed.

Ingredients: fresh-ground and raw organic mustard seed, organic extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, filtered water, molasses, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chipotle powder, concentrated smoke, Jacobsen Salt Co. sea salt.
Honey Curry, 6 oz jar
Our original variety and the mustard that earned our street cred. This is Justin's first creation as inspired by the two ingredients that would distinguish our mustard from the rest: balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Beyond these two core ingredients, Justin tossed in two of his favorite pantry items, raw honey and curry, and out came a bold mustard sauce that is slightly sweet, full of flavor, and packs a punch. Don't let the curry intimidate you. You'll be surprised how well these seven ingredients come together, especially when rubbed on salmon.

Garlic Dill, 6 oz jar
Garlic Dill: the PB&J of mustards.
After our original coupling of honey and curry met great success, we figured we'd expand into additional flavor pairings. So, when a local chef encouraged we experiment with a garlic and dill combination, it was a nobrainer. Like PB&J and salt & caramel, garlic & dill were just meant to be together. Alone they're fine and dandy. Together they are unstoppable. This one is sure to perform exceptionally well in your grandma's famous egg salad.

Black Truffle, 6 oz jar
Black Truffle: the fanciest of the bunch.
Another popular request by avid mustard fans looking for a mustard that's just a bit fancier than the others. We searched far and wide for the best truffle infused olive oil we could get our hands on, mixed it in with our core set of ingredients and magic ensued. The flavor of truffle up front with the kick of the mustard seed on the tail end is a perfect combination when used in deviled eggs topped with pickled mushrooms.

Picture it: Wisconsin. Small town Justin finds himself staring at the lengthy list of ingredients on a bottle of fancy shmancy honey mustard. Perplexed at why a seemingly simple sauce would require so many additives, he ran home, did some research and whipped up his first batch. Over the next handful of years Justin took to making mustard as more of a hobby, testing it out on friends and family until he packed up and moved to Seattle. Enter: Bryan. The two start working together at Molly's. Fresh out of college and intrigued by Justin's mustard making talents, Bryan suggests turning Justin's hobby into a small business. With support from Molly's - offering after hours kitchen space - Mustard and Co. was born in 2013. Now, a couple of years later, what started out as a two man operation has quickly evolved into a 3 person powerhouse in the world of small batch accoutrements.
