The 2009 Late Harvest Muscat is rich and decadent with aromas and flavors of sweet peach, apricot and honey. Crisp acidity balances the lush sweetness of the wine for nice mouth feel and a lingering finish.

Harvested at approximately 30+ Brix the 2009 Late Harvest Muscat was harvested Thanksgiving week. The juice was carefully transferred to a small stainless steel fermentor, where it underwent a long, cold fermentation until it reached the desired Brix level, at which time fermentation was stopped.

The decadent rich fruit of the 2009 Late Harvest Muscat makes this the ideal dessert on its own or a delicious accompaniment to many desserts.
