Cooked Dungeness Crab

Dungeness crab have moist, naturally sweet meat, making them a staple of seafood lovers.  Some compare the crab’s meat to that of a Maine lobster, but more tender. These whole crab are perfectly pre-cooked for you. For best result, thaw and place in a pot of unsalted boiling water for 4 minutes.
Crab cocktails, crab cakes, pastries, stuffed pastas, crab eggs benedict — you get the idea.

Our crab cake recipe requirements are simple – don’t ruin them with fillers. Pictured above is a family recipe card of my Aunt Gin’s – dating back some 40 plus years. It’s a classic crab cake recipe, using no fillers. You can see in the pic – it’s clearly labeled “The Best”.
