In the heart of Normandy, only a few miles away from the D-day beaches, the little town of Isigny sur Mer is knowm worldwide for its quality dairy products; its milk, cream and cheese are considered to be among the best in France. Of all the wonderful recipes derived from these products, one stands out: the salted butter caramel.
The traditional recipe for caramel confections made with salted butter was handed down to us by the best caramel maker in Isigny. Today, we are proud to bring this savoir-faire to California. Sea Salt Caramels
The Sea Salt Caramel is buttery with a touch of sea salt to accentuate the caramel's perfect flavor.
The classic way to enjoy caramel: just unwrap and let the caramel slowly melt in your mouth to reveal its wonderful taste.
Caramel Syrup
This syrup is perfect to add to coffee or yogurt and has a nice caramel, burnt sugar taste. It is also wonderful on desserts such as flan and creme caramel.

Caramel Filled Chocolates
Le Caramel Filled Chocolates are just as delicious as they sound.
We first slowly cook our award winning caramel cream. We then selected some of the best European chocolate available and molded the cream inside the chocolate.
The result is a delicious truffle where the delicate chocolate melts to reveal a burst of seal salt caramel.
Ingredients: Pure cane sugar, milk, glucose syrup, butter, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa powder (processed with alkali), dextrose, sea salt, vanilla extract.
