In the heart of Normandy, only a few miles away from the D-day beaches, the little town of Isigny sur Mer is knowm worldwide for its quality dairy products; its milk, cream and cheese are considered to be among the best in France. Of all the wonderful recipes derived from these products, one stands out: the salted butter caramel.
The traditional recipe for caramel confections made with salted butter was handed down to us by the best caramel maker in Isigny. Today, we are proud to bring this savoir-faire to California. Slow-cooked to reveal its true flavor, Le Caramel distinguishes itself from other caramel toppings with its rich taste and creamy texture.
