2013 Wedding Cuvée
This is Iron Horse's most romantic bubbly. We describe it as dangerously, deliciously easy to drink, fruit forward, dry and elegant, with tiny bubbles and a remarkabley long finish.

By nose: raspberry, mandarin orange peel and nutmeg.

By mouth: stone fruit, pink grapefruit, Tahitian lime, blood orange, raspberry with a gentle mouthfeel.

Food Pairing: A food friendly wine that works with most styles, sauces and preparations. Pairs well with full flavored fish, pork chops, and chicken. Also try with crispy kale and stir fried vegetables. All you really need is dark, bittersweet chocolate.

2013 Classic Vintage Brut
The 2013 Classic Vintage Brut is a ‘classic’ blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, a traditional and elegant showcase of the 2013 vintage, with four years on the yeast. It is ‘brut’ level dry and vintage in every sense of the word. Rich, creamy and delicious with precise, pinpoint bubbles. Estate bottled, vintage dated, riddled and disgorged to order.

By nose: Rising dough, orange marmalade and baked apple.

By mouth: Ripe red apple, mandarin orange and hazelnut.

Food Pairing: Focused and complex, this is a beautiful sparkling with crispy pomme frittes with sea salt and black pepper, truffle popcorn, avocado and baby shrimp salad, bacon and watercress sandwich, wild mushroom tart, spaghetti with cream, parmesan and crispy onions, roast duckling with citrus.

2013 Russian Cuvée
Russian Cuvée commemorates the style of sparkling Iron Horse created for the historic Reagan - Gorbachev Summit Meetings, which ended the Cold War. This is the richest of the Iron Horse Sparklings, yet still technically brut level dry. An ideal toasting wine, it has been served at the White House for five consecutive presidential administrations.

By nose: Caramel apple, nutmeg and orange zest.

By mouth: ripe red apple, lime, brioche and brown sugar.

Food Pairing: Rich, crisp and beautifully structured, it is delicious with dessert - especially lemon tart, fresh seasonal fruit pies and anything to do with ginger and spice.
