Gin & Tonic Kit
Our Gin and Tonic kit includes all of the spices and herbs you'll need to create three bottles of compound gin and three quarts of tonic syrup. Choose your own vodka and sweetener to customize it to your own tastes or dietary needs. Just add lime and sparkling water to make your very own totally home-crafted gin and tonic.

High Desert Botanicals is a small shop run by Janel Johnson and Reese Tietje of Carson City. We started making bitters kits in April 2013 when we first tried to make our own cocktail bitters at home. We didn't have much luck finding milk thistle seed and burdock root in the supermarket and had to order them online in huge quantities. We knew we would never be able to use all of those ingredients before they became stale and realized that there might be other people out there who want to experiment with making their own bitters but don't want to order a ton of weird herbs. We make these kits so other people can have fun with bitters without a huge investment.
