Our Spicy Raspberry Cane Sugar is one of the most versatile cane sugars that we make - an an all natural, sustainably sourced blend that really plays well with others. Beyond all of it's obvious uses in baking (swap out with regular sugar for a pop of flavor & color in your treats), we've found that the spiciness of this products makes it a perfect accent in all types of desserts - give a cake a final dusting, sprinkle some on cookies, or make a flan really pop with flavor. The delicate heat in the Spicy Raspberry Cane Sugar serves to accentuate the sweet, and we've found that this makes it great for all sorts of beverages, adult (spicy raspberry margaritas anyone?) or virgin (give a great twist to pink lemonade).
