2011 Ghost Signs Petite Sirah, Central Coast 750ml 6-Pack

Swish a healthy sip of the 2011 Ghost Signs Petite Sirah around the mouth, over the tongue, and vigorously, with a bubble of air, from cheek to cheek. The full flavor of this full-bodied wine shows when doing so. Boysenberries and raspberries amaze the taste buds and send the senses to overdrive. The quick acidity and the agile tannins complement the bold texture. Ripe cherries, touches of licorice, and a slight trace of Carpaccio add to the profile. Serve confidently with a colorful medley of olives, fresh sourdough bread drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and all matter of saucy main dishes.
