Georgetown Pantry Supply's flagship product is a raw wildflower honey from right here in the Pacific Northwest. The honey comes from a honey farm near Tacoma, where Harvard has been beekeeping for 40+ years and needless to say, he has it down, using the best practices around. And as you would expect, it definitely comes through in its flavor!

The General Story of Stocked
Stocked has set out to do one thing: inspire the use of great products every day. We are a local community of food entrepreneurs sharing ideas, resources, and a communal space (see: Stocked Studios) . We craft a variety of small batch items in-house (see: Stocked Kitchens), all with special attention given to simple ingredients, bold flavors, and striking packaging. We work with 500+ specialty shops, markets, and restaurants across the nation (see: Stocked Distribution) to share our products with the world. Through sharing our resources and collaborating, we’ve realized we’re better together than separate.
The History...
Back before Stocked, our founder, Bryan Mitchiner, was co-founder of Mustard and Co. In 2013, he and Justin Hoffman started making small-batch mustard in the back of a kitchen that they worked at. While growing the business, Bryan began taking inspiration from all of the other makers in Seattle, and he knew that he wanted to share more beyond their bold mustards. Through Stocked, we now are able to do that. Here on Stocked General Store you’ll be able to find all of our in-house brands as well as other products that we’ve come across, all of which have their own stories to tell.
