Red and Green Chile Mac & Cheese
All chiles/ peppers except the bell peppers are grown in the Hatch Valley. We promise you'll love our chiles and mac!
The Green Chile, Garlic, Cheddar mac and cheese recipe includes dried green chile peppers (the green bits you see), along with roasted green chile powder.
And the Red Chile, Bell Pepper, Garlic, Cheddar Mac and Cheese recipe includes air dried bell peppers (the red and green you see) along with along with air dried red chile powder. Having bell peppers with the Red Chile draws out the sweetness and some nuttiness from the Hatch Red Chile.
Enjoy both our macaroni and cheese recipes in this combo pack. Celebrate Christmas year round with our Hatch red chile, cheddar, garlic, and bell pepper recipe and our Hatch green chile, cheddar, garlic recipe.
To make our mac and cheese all you need to do is boil 2 cups of water with the pasta and peppers. When all the water is absorbed, add the cheese and spice mix and stir vigorously.
This box includes twelve 6oz bags (6 Green Chile and 6 Red Chile).

Rob and Tania met at college in upstate New York and since have traveled the country and the world seeking great adventures and interesting food. A few years back we settled in the Southwest, where fly fishing, skiing, and chile abound. FishSki Provisions gives us a chance to share our passions with you: interesting food (with chile) and an opportunity to give back to outdoor adventures. At least 1% of every sale supports conservation and recreational access.
Why FishSki? Because there is nothing funnier than a fish on skis, we hope enjoy our mac and cheese!
