Features
2006 Dignus One Cabernet Sauvignon, Sierra Foothills 750ml 6-Pack
Offering plentiful dark fruit character of blackberries, plums, blueberries, along with tobacco, freshly roasted Espresso and spices. Background notes of earth, mushrooms, herbs, bright acidity and moderate tannin round this wine out. This Cab offers a long finish, good balance and pleasing structure. With moderate tannin and balanced acidity this old world style Cab is very appealing now, but will age gracefully as it mellows. Serve with spiced red meat and Italian cuisine.

Dignus One Wines
- Owner:
- Armando Hernandez
- Location:
- San Antonio, TX
Armando Hernandez, originally from Mexico and now living in San Antonio, Texas, started Dignus One from a tremendous passion for wine and a desire to make his own mark on the wine industry. Armando originally hired world renowned winemaker Alberto Antonini to create the Dignus One line of wines. Since then Armando has branched out on his own, developing vineyards and a winery in Texas. He gladly shares these wines with you, hoping you get as much enjoyment out of them as he did in making them.
The team behind the Dignus project includes a familiar face - Derek, the winemaker for Emery Estate and the Woot favorite 'Unbridled' Cabernet. He understands two of our favorite things - Cabernet and QPR, so we're happy that he brought this wine to us.
