An Italian-Style Roasted Ham
Our Prosciutto Cotto is created using a skin on, whole leg ham with the fat cap in tact. We use a specially designed oven to slow roast the ham to perfection. The recipe is over 200 years old and the style of ham comes from Vignola. We infuse spices of made rosemary, sage, and junipe with no water binders or phosphates. Pair our Cotto with mild cheeses and white wines. It also goes great on sandwiches, charcuterie boards and salads.
