2012 Clavo Pinot Noir, Righetti Vineyard, Paso Robles 750ml
Bright red fruits makes the nose focus on free run strawberries and ripe Bing cherry notes. When tasted, the darker fruit is exposed; such as crushed cranberries and red plum compote. The wine showcases the delicate nature of this grape with soft perfumed texture that leaves way for delicate aromas. The wine's structure is why so many enjoy Pinot Noir, very bright and marked acidity with silky texture. The wine is a great example of a proper blend of grapes from the several different micro-climates found on the Central Coast.
