It's GREAT to BE HAVING another WINE woot OFF
Have you ever noticed how emphasis can change the entire tone of a sentence? Like if we said, "It's GREAT to see you again," you'd interpret that as sarcasm, but if we said "It's great to see YOU again," you'd think we're glad to see you specifically. And if we said, "It's great TO see you again," you'd think we were talking about a movie called It's Great II.

2012 Cambridge & Sunset Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml 6-Pack
At the corner of Cambridge & Sunset, two wine industry mates wielding lawn mowers decided to take the city’s neglect into their own hands. This started a movement that helped to spur on neighborhood pride and volunteer involvement that would beautify their home today. Known today as “RNR” (revitalizing neighborhood recreations), this movement is simple to start: enjoy a bottle of this wine with friends and plan ways that you too can help inspire your neighborhood to shine!
This Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark, crimson color with savory notes of blackberry bramble and powdered cocoa. Its solid mouth presence shows hints of blackberry and violet. Well-balanced and structured with silky tannins that lead to a floral finish with fragments of vanilla and cinnamon stick.
Specs
Vintage: California’s 2012 vintage has been described by winemakers across the state as ideal, having produced generous amounts of high quality fruits. The threat of frost passed early on, allowing vines to bud earlier than usual. A mild, even summer season and dry, cool fall allowed growers to keep their grapes on the vine longer to ripen sugars, while still keeping an above average acidity. These outstanding growing conditions resulted in many wines embodying their terroir, reminiscent of the best Bordeaux years, with the flavor concentration and fruit characteristics that exemplify California.
Grapes for this wine were chosen from across California’s best coastal growing regions, known for producing Cabernet with rich, concentrated fruit flavors and balanced complexity. The climate is generally cool and moderate, which allows grapes to grow quickly.
Pairing: Java crusted New York steak with a stout glaze.
- Grape Sourcing: 100% California
- Total Acidity: 0.56%g/mL
- pH: 3.57%
- Alcohol: 13.6%
