The original recipe of sweet creamy butter, pure cane sugar, chocolate and almonds went through many evolutions during the first 6 months. Advice to help improve their toffee was given by Don Calendar from Marie Calendar’s restaurant chain and Guittard chocolate who supplies the chocolate. The new Brandini Toffee is a perfect blend of hand stirred toffee that melts in your mouth and won’t stick to your teeth, hand roasted California almonds, and Guittard chocolate.
