Falernum Tropical Syrup
Picture your Paradise

Close your eyes right now and think of your paradise. No really, try it. Seeing those beaches?  Maybe a light breeze carrying the salt and sand?  Perhaps even a hammock or two?  You can open your eyes again. Or hey, keep them closed—meditation is always a good addition to the day.

Now, we can’t pay for your plane ticket to that paradise. We know, such a tease. But what we can do is bring you this outstanding Falernum and all of its tropical flair. Blair worked relentlessly to make a Falernum with just the right combination of ginger, clove, almond, and fresh lime, and the rest of us think he kind of nailed it.

But don’t take our word for it. Try this with your next Bermuda Rum Swizzle, Frosty Dawn, or Puka Punch cocktail. Try it with your next cola or tonic. Hell, try it over a bit of ice, just to see what Charles Dickens was obsessing about so much back in the 19th Century. Whether it’s your fiftieth cocktail prepared at the bar for your customers or your first cocktail to kick offyour house party, Falernum will transport you to that paradise without making you deal with Delta employees.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, brown sugar (sugar, invert sugar, cane molasses) lime juice. Contains less than 2%: spices, overproof rum, xanthan gum and citric acid.

Original Orgeat Tropical Syrup
Classic and approachable

Rum, Curacao liqueur, lime juice, and orgeat syrup. Such a simple combination of staples, yet together they provide a Mai Tai-based transportation to a Polynesian paradise. This orgeat syrup was the brainchild of a bartender who just wanted to find a consistently excellent mixer without endless burned batches or sourcing shortages.

The first batch of BG Reynolds Orgeat was our statement to the world: high-quality, impeccably sourced mixers should be accessible to bartenders, home mixologists, and anyone who just wants a really solid cocktail.

We took some real almonds, cane sugar, and weeks of trial and error, and eventually created an original orgeat syrup made for all walks of life. Crafted for either the bar-be-que or cocktail party, BG Reynolds Orgeat is our way of sharing our passion and knowledge with anyone interested.
This orgeat syrup is perfect in a Mai Tai, Scorpion, or Momisette--really any combination of barrel-aged spirits and citrus go beautifully with this. Or hey, maybe you want to switch it up and try it out with some coffee, waffles, and pancakes.

Regardless of your inspiration, we want our BG Reynolds Orgeat to serve as your base for a sweet summer cocktail or a hearty winter mix.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, brown sugar (sugar, invert sugar, cane molasses), almonds. Contains less than 2%: almond extract, xanthan gum and citric acid.

Rich Demerara Tropical Syrup
Old Fashioned Meets New Craftmanship

The modern world has brought on a lot of incredible advances. We live longer. We conquer nature. We work globally. Hell, our phones even fit the computational power of all of Alan Turing’s wildest dreams into our tiny pockets. But my god, modernity has cursed sweetness. Rather than time-tested ingredients like real sugar, we’re offered cheap knockoffs with dubious tastes and effects. Well, we’re not down with that.

Rich Demerara is our salute to real flavor and ingredients. This molasses-rich demerara is subtle, smooth, and perfect for bartenders and backyard grillers alike. The hearty and sweet base carries a golden hue to it and leaves folks with a deep, caramel-like flavor in their favorite drinks. It’s adaptable enough to top off an Old Fashioned, take a Miller Shake to the top, or even balance out a November Witch. And it’s our way of saying no to aspartame and yes to natural deliciousness.

We obsess about our cocktails. That’s a bit of an understatement—our company was founded on Blair’s obsession about cocktails. We believe everyone from the experienced bartender to the aspiring mixologist should have the highest quality ingredients available for their needs. So give this demerara a try and see what we’ve been saying for almost a decade: quality counts!

Ingredients: Water, demerara sugar, sugar. Contains less than 2%: citric acid.

Passion Fruit Tropical Syrup
A Tangy, Sweet Spark for your Evening

Passion fruit is kind of weird, right?  Like, what actually is it?  It’s always just kind of…there, in the supermarket, begging us to ask an employee about it. It looks like an old lemon but tastes like a dessert. Well whatever it is, we love it, and we even made this mixer out of it to bring the nonstop ambrosial syrup party to your bar or deck.

The passion fruit has a rich history—it’s regarded as a tropical treasure in many warmer climates, and is versatile enough to work in almost everything sweet you can imagine. Meringue cake?  Yep. Ice cream?  Sure. Want to mix it up with some chili powder and go wild?  Mexico already beat you to the punch on that one. But regardless of your intentions, we’re confident our combination of tangy sweetness is perfect for your syrup needs.

So give it a shot in your Hurricane, Sky Cruiser, Extradition, or Rising Sun. Or throw it on some ice cream. Or blend it up with some fresh fruits and juices. Or top off your dessert with it. But make sure you try our handcrafted elixir, and tell us how happy you are about it afterward. We love it, but more importantly, we know you will too.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, passion fruit juice. Contains less than 2%: xanthan gum.

Wild Ginger Tropical Syrup
A gift from earth to beverage

The tropical rainforests have been pretty good to us.  They reduce carbon dioxide in the air, serve as homes to countless indigenous people and creatures, and provide an environment for beautiful and crucial biodiversity.  They are home to some of the most breathtaking waterfalls, vegetation, and plant life the world has ever seen. Oh, and they also gave us ginger, which is awesome too.

Ginger has been used in the kitchen and the bar for centuries, but we’re only just starting to crack the code on putting together a perfect ginger mixer. Wild Ginger is Blair’s first foray into the ginger game—it’s exotic and earthy, balanced by a certain sweet spirit that can really fire up your cocktails.

Use it in your Moscow Mule, Dark ‘N’ Stormy, or Shirley Temple.  Put some in your afternoon tea to liven it up a bit.  Throw it on top of your vanilla ice cream to bring it to life.  Heck, just add it to some soda water for a DIY ginger ale. Whatever your plans are, we know this Wild Ginger can provide a boost to them.  So honor the rainforests and our heritage, and add some ginger to your life.

Ingredients: Sugar, water. Contains less than 2%: ginger, xanthan gum and citric acid.

Cinnamon Tropical Syrup
The spice must flow

Cinnamon is experiencing quite the renaissance these days. Whether it’s used as a spice in your burger recipe or guzzled down by those basic girls with their pumpkin spiced lattes, it’s finally getting its due for versatility and guilt-free deliciousness. Cinnamon has the unique ability to warm us up from the inside out, but is also adaptable enough to be utilized across all seasons.

When Blair set out to craft a cinnamon mixer for the bartender and mixologist alike, he wanted a balanced yet powerful addition for whatever cocktail they were throwing together. He mashed up a natural mix of fruity Ceylon and spicy cassia, and this delicious Cinnamon was born.

So regardless of if you’re experimenting with some bourbon, making a classic old-fashioned, or even tinkering with an apple pie moonshine cocktail, we know this Cinnamon is what you need to take it up a notch. Our mission is to make cocktails as accessible as possible to anyone interested, and this Cinnamon is a perfect entry point for our goal.  After all, if it was good enough for the monarchs and gods of old, it’s probably pretty solid for your next party. The Greeks, Ro

Ingredients: Sugar, water, brown sugar (sugar, invert sugar, cane molasses), cinnamon chips. Contains less than 2%: citric acid, cinnamon oil, vanilla beans.

BG Reynolds Syrup

The night was as spicy as a firecracker dipped in cayenne.

Invigorating cocktails were on the menu. Handmade orgeat syrup. Orange bitters. Grenadine syrup that straddled the line between tart, sweet, and rich. Made from scratch, sourced with obsessive detail, and custom made to produce the perfect cocktail. Or so Blair Reynolds intended.

Then a one-time bartender sidled up to the bar, ordered a gimlet, and spilled. Started lamenting to a sympathetic ear that it’s next to impossible to make cocktail ingredients by hand, night after night, that meet the quality standards of obsessives like them. Dozens of burned batches. Erratic sources of ginger, cinnamon, and other essential ingredients. Frustrations leading to resignation that perfection would always take a backseat to ease.

For Reynolds, a light switched on. Glasses clinked in the distance. A fresh lime dropped into a mojito with a celebratory splash.

Within months, BG Reynolds was born. He set free an original orgeat syrup made with real almonds, cane sugar, and weeks of high-spirited research, testing, and tasting. Designed to turn out flavors worthy of a bartender’s exacting standards, consistently. Other syrups soon followed. Grenadine. Cinnamon. Wild ginger.

House-made syrups and mixers made by bartenders, for bartenders. But for others too. Devout home mixologists and entertainers. Seasoned cocktail drinkers and new converts. All made with real ingredients, painstakingly sourced. Each the perfect union of flavors, balance, and integrity to produce refreshing, authentic-tasting cocktails again. And again. And again.

Cocktails that take you places you’ve never been before. Like Blair Reynolds intended.
Finally, complex cocktails that only taste complicated. BG Reynolds, established 2009.
