Pale golden yellow, with notes of spring blossoms, green apple and a warm waxy tone. Swirling releases green pear and honeysuckle with a hint of spice. The palate is bright, vibrant and deliciously sweet. The initial pop when this wine hits your palate is exhilarating and softened with sweetness much like the German counterparts.

 

Released May 2012, a portion of the proceeds of Gård Altruism Riesling will be donated to the National MS Society, Greater Washington Chapter, whose goal is to educate, inspire and empower those affected by Multiple Sclerosis.
