2005 McClean Syrah Rosé, Paso Robles, Estate Private Reserve 750ml

Unlike typical Syrah Rosés that are barrel-aged for only 1 to 2 months, this rosé has been barrel-aged  in 100% French oak for 9 months to bring forward the unique dry characteristics.  Serve chilled this summer when poultry, seafood, or picnic fare is served.  The nose is a delightful blend of cranberry and caramel, leading to tart fruit and a butterscotch-meets-cherry finish.

          
2006 McClean Syrah Rosé, Paso Robles, Estate Private Reserve 750ml

On the nose is an unmistakable aroma of ripening strawberries and tart cranberries with a hint of vanilla whipping cream. It's off-dry on your palate with a hint of caramelly sweetness. Perfect for your summer evenings or even a rainy day.

Bigger and bolder than a normal rosé, with intense berry and cherry notes.  Serve chilled for this summer's pool party!
