Deep ruby in color, aromas of blackberries, cherry, violets, and a hint of leather invite you to savor the juicy fruits inundated with blackcurrants, ripe plums, and raspberries as they explode on the palate. Mild pepper notes and blueberries are enhanced by silky tannins that unite the extravagant fruit components of this wine together delivering a lavish and integrated finish. A truly elegant blend.
Ripe Petite Sirah from Hog Canyon and San Miguel paired with old vine Westside Zinfandel from Willow Creek and AJB Vineyards makeup the backbone of this blend with Syrah and Grenache coming from the “El Pomar District’ in Templeton.
