The Woot Not Taken
The Plagiarist Poet's Wine
Two roads diverged in a Tuesday Woot,
And sorry I could not both buy,
For I too broke to try,
And scrolled down till the text was moot,
To where it trailed off into other loot;
Then took the other, as just as fine,
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was boozy and to my shame,
For I was e're a sucker for cheap wine,
Cheap but good the comments did opine,
And both that morning equally lay
Not yet sold out, still in some supply.
Oh, I marked the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way
I thought perhaps I should both buy.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a Woot, and I,
I took the one the alkies buy,
And that has made all the difference.
Plus, it came with chocolate! Woooooo!
