Foppiano Vineyards Petite Sirah

As a resident of North Brooklyn, I've been to all the themed bars. The pinball bar, the Post-Soviet Russia bar, the Ladysmith Black Mombazo bar in Bushwick - you name it. But this new library bar is terrible. I mean, they have excellent wine, but they don't let you talk at anything above a whisper. Plus, all the bartenders are shrewish spinsters. Ends on June 4 at 9AM CT

About this Winery

The story of Foppiano Vineyards is a family epic full of tradition, perseverance and contributions to the history of Sonoma County and the wine industry.  Founded in 1896 by Giovanni Foppiano, Foppiano Vineyards is one of Sonoma County's oldest continually-operated, family-owned wineries. Our family has supplied northern California with wine for over a century, surviving Prohibition in the 1920s by selling home winemaking kits. We believe that through the strength of the family and a commitment to quality, our traditions can be maintained and thrive.

We're proud to be one of the founding members of the Russian River Valley AVA, and continue to enjoy the fruits of our hardworking Italian heritage. Foppiano Vineyards' premier location, combined with our foundation of core family values, has allowed us to produce quality wine for over 100 years. Since 1896, our sustainably-farmed estate vineyards have produced ripe, expressive fruit, enabling our award-winning wines to speak for themselves vintage after vintage.
