“Good Fruit, Good Fruit, Good Fruit. The first time I had a glass of Broc Cellars Dry Stack Grenache, I was hooked. Winemaker Chris Brockaway likes a rhone varietal, and since he’s not bound by his own acreage, he seeks out special fruit from some special places. Sought-after vineyards like Dry Stack, Luna Matta, Philary and Tondre Grapefields (for his Pinot) are but a few of the sources of Mr. Brockaway’s grapes. Hand crafted, site-specific wines are what you’ll find here- and if you plan on visiting the wine country in Napa or Sonoma- make sure you pass through Berkeley on the way, and visit the Broc Cellars urban winery.
