2011 Poubelle Blanc 750ml 2-Pack

Well, it sounds like a real wine variety, doesn’t it?  Amuse your French friends and mystify the pseudo-experts; “Poubelle Blanc” means “White Trash,” which is entirely appropriate for this part of California.  As all but one of Zeppelin Winery's previous Sauvignon Blancs were made from New Mexico grapes, Stillman Brown is happily familiar with the non-grassy-knoll style, though somehow a few of the NM wines won gold medals in competition with the awesome Kiwis.  Blazing bright and crisp, melon and citrus, consume immediately.
