2011 Zeppelin Winery Chateau d' Abalone 750ml 2-Pack

A bright, clean nose of flowers and citrus and flavors of green pear and grapefruit and tangelo rind, moderately acidic and perfectly balanced. The Viognier adds richness and peach flavors and aromas. The second vintage of this wine, named for its seafood compatibility (with implausibly puerile punnage) is notable for its increased concentration. This vintage is very similar in aroma and fruit type to the 2010, but fuller and creamier.
