Zafira is Sapphire Hill's master blend from Rockpile, Dry Creek Valley, and Russian River Valley vineyards. It melds three amazing vineyards managed by the legendary Ulises Valdez to capture the best of each area. Bursts of ripe fruit and rich tannins from Rockpile, earthy grit and hints of peppers from Dry Creek, and a beautiful nose and vanilla finish from our Russian River vineyard.
